Benefits will be verified prior to your first session. Coverage varies by individual plan, including copays and deductibles. For plans I am not in network with, I am happy to provide a superbill for potential reimbursement. ​​​​

Sessions canceled within 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, or missed appointments, will incur a $100 late-cancellation/no-show fee. This fee is not billable to insurance.
